  • Hyperlocal news wire – Jon Bounds aggregates Birmingham’s small hyperlocal stories into a single, user-customisable  feed using Yahoo pipes, making the sites’ content visible on the national scene.
  • Isle of Wight Words – Ventnor Blog bring Mr Caulkhead’s local colloquialism broadcasts to a wider audience.
  • DiGpuss on Digbeth is Good – DiGpuss was rather an unusual shop in that it didn’t sell anything.  You see, everything in that shop window was a thing somebody had once lost and Nicky had found. And bought home to DiGpuss. Nicky’s cat DiGpuss….
  • B29 Tortoise Walk – Charlie Pinder leads a Birmingham B29 perimeter walk odyssey in the spirit of the flâneur (”a person who walks a city to experience it”), and the unusual journey makes for some new discoveries.
